Lee is the most responsive and helpful realtor I have worked with. He guided us through the process dealing with an abnormal buying arrangement and introduced us to wonderful lender who helped close on an accelerated timeline. He did this all while on vacation for part of it, and never dropped the ball even while traveling. His poor wife even had to meet us with luggage in toe on their return flight to make an inspection appointment happen!After we got closer to making a deal he facilitated all communications and arrangements, and helped remove any obstacles or communication issues between parties with haste. Josh assisted me in finding a new rental residence during the first part of the year. His level of professionalism is impressive. Josh was concerned with not only finding me a place that would meet my needs , but also one that was safe. He treated me like a close family member. One of his strengths is his attention to detail. When we arrived at a property he scoped out the outside and inside checking for anything that could pose a potential problem. He checked for leaks and made sure everything was functioning correctly right down to the the locks . He coordinated with the rental agents in an expeditious manner getting the answers to any questions that I had. He did not push me to make a choice.
